By using Mission Accomplished you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Mission Accomplished is an AI-powered platform supporting families of neurodivergent children. It is a supportive tool and is NOT a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic advice.

2. Accounts

You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for your account security. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at info@missionaccomplished.app.

3. Support Program and Billing

Discovery (Free): 10-question intake survey, no app access.

Introduction: $67 one-time — 50-question intake, 10-min consultation, 1 month app access.

Progress: $147/month or $353 pay-in-full — 3-month program, 1 child, 3 consultations.

Summit: $119/month or $1,142 pay-in-full — 12-month program, unlimited children, 12 consultations.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App to harm others, access unauthorized accounts, scrape data, reverse engineer the App, impersonate others, or violate any laws.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI suggestions are for informational purposes only and are not medical or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for clinical decisions.

6. Community Features

Use your anonymous display name only. Do not share identifying information. Be respectful. We may remove content or ban users who violate community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Mission Accomplished and all its content are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you create. Our trademarks may not be used without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

You may delete your account in Settings at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
